OUR PROGRAMMES
Three programmes. One clear goal: your records in order before they are needed.
Each Legora programme is focused, scoped, and priced clearly. Whether you are starting with a personal inventory or facilitating a family conversation, there is a programme sized to what you actually need.

How Legora's programmes are structured
Every Legora programme follows the same underlying approach: start with what you have, bring it into order, understand what it means, and know what to do next. The three programmes differ in depth and in whether they involve one person or a whole family.
Gather
Identify what you own, where records are held, and what categories of information matter most.
Organise
Record it in a structured, usable format that someone else could follow — clearly and without confusion.
Share
Ensure the people who need to know — family members, or the qualified specialists they will work with — have what they need.
PROGRAMME 01
Estate Inventory Toolkit
A toolkit and guided session that help a person make an orderly inventory of what they own and where records are kept — for their own clarity and their family's ease later. Includes ready-to-use templates and a structured contents index. An organisation and record-keeping aid only; it does not value, advise, or draft anything.
WHAT IT COVERS
- Asset categories: property, bank accounts, vehicles, insurance, personal effects
- Where records are physically kept and how to access them
- Structured contents index your family can follow
- Printed and editable template set included
HOW IT WORKS
Introductory call to discuss your situation and confirm in-person or online format
Guided session (2–3 hours) working through each asset category with template
Review of completed inventory — gaps noted, next-step suggestions offered
You leave with a completed, organised inventory ready to store and share
PROGRAMME 02
Understanding the Process: Workshop
A plain-language half-day workshop explaining how inheritance and estate matters are generally handled in Thailand and where official information can be found. Educational and general, with notes to keep. It does not interpret any individual situation; qualified specialists are recommended for personal steps.
WHAT IT COVERS
- General overview of how estate matters are handled in Thailand
- Where to find official Thai government sources and guidance
- Common steps and what kinds of professional support are typically needed
- Written notes and reference list provided to keep
- Q&A session — general questions answered, individual situations referred
HOW IT WORKS
Register and receive pre-workshop reading — one short page of context
Half-day session (approx. 4 hours) with facilitated walkthrough of the Thai estate process
Structured Q&A period — general questions welcome; individual situations referred to specialists
Take-home notes pack and official-source reference list provided
PROGRAMME 03
Family Wishes Conversation Programme
A facilitated series helping families talk openly and kindly about wishes and where to find important records, before decisions need to be made. Focused on conversation, organisation, and shared understanding. It does not draft documents or give advice; it prepares families to work well with qualified specialists.
WHAT IT COVERS
- Facilitated conversations about wishes, values, and priorities
- Where key documents and records are held — shared knowledge across the family
- How to work constructively with legal and financial specialists when the time comes
- A shared family record of what was discussed and agreed
- Optional follow-up session after 6 months
HOW IT WORKS
Initial call with the programme lead — family members to be involved are confirmed
Session 1 (approx. 90 minutes): Establishing shared language and opening discussion
Session 2 (approx. 90 minutes): Wishes, records, and what the family wants to have in place
Session 3 (approx. 90 minutes): Next steps, specialist referrals, and shared record completion
