WHY LEGORA

What makes these programmes useful

Plain language throughout

No legal jargon. Each session and toolkit is written in everyday English so the material is genuinely usable, not just readable.

Practical, not theoretical

Templates and guides you can use straight away, not abstract checklists. Organisation becomes something the whole family can do together.

Sensitive and respectful

These conversations matter. Legora's facilitation style is calm and considerate, making a sometimes difficult topic feel manageable.

Thai context, English delivery

Content is shaped around how things generally work in Thailand — local processes, where to find official records, and relevant context for families living here.

Clear scope — no overreach

Legora is an organisation and education service. It does not draft documents, give legal or financial advice, or interpret individual situations. Regulated matters are referred to specialists.

Designed for families, not just individuals

The programmes work best when more than one person is involved. Shared understanding between family members makes the whole process far smoother.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP

Is your family's estate information somewhere it can actually be found?

Legora's toolkits and programmes make that a straightforward afternoon, not a daunting project. Reach out to ask which option suits your family's situation.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does Legora do — and what doesn't it do? +
Legora provides education, practical tools, and facilitated conversations to help families organise estate records and talk about wishes. It does not draft wills or other documents, give legal or financial advice, or interpret any individual's situation. For those steps, a qualified lawyer or notary is the right person to consult.
Who are these programmes designed for? +
Anyone who wants to get their personal records in order and make things easier for the people they care about. Families living in Thailand — whether Thai nationals, expats, or mixed families — often find the programmes particularly helpful, as the workshop content is shaped around the Thai context.
How long do the sessions take? +
The Estate Inventory Toolkit is typically completed in a single guided session of two to three hours. The Understanding the Process Workshop runs for a half-day. The Family Wishes Conversation Programme is a series of shorter sessions spread over several weeks, to allow time for reflection between meetings.
Are the sessions held in person or online? +
Both options are available. In-person sessions take place at our office in Lumphini, Bangkok. Online sessions are conducted via video call for those who prefer to participate from home or who are based outside Bangkok.
What are the prices, and is payment in Thai baht? +
Yes, all pricing is in Thai baht. The Estate Inventory Toolkit is ฿3,400, the Understanding the Process Workshop is ฿6,800, and the Family Wishes Conversation Programme is ฿11,900. Payment details are provided when you book.
How is my personal information handled? +
Information shared during sessions is held in confidence. Legora does not share personal details with third parties except where required to deliver the service you have requested. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to bring anything to a session? +
For the Estate Inventory Toolkit session, it helps to have a rough idea of the main categories of things you own — property, bank accounts, insurance policies, vehicles, and so on. You do not need to bring documents. Templates are provided during the session.
