1. Definitions

• "Legora", "we", "us", "our" — the company operating this website and its programmes, based at 220 Wireless Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who accesses this website or enrols in a programme.
• "Programme" or "Service" — any educational or organisational programme offered by Legora, including the Estate Inventory Toolkit, the Understanding the Process Workshop, and the Family Wishes Conversation Programme.
• "Content" — all materials provided by Legora, including templates, handouts, written guides, and session notes.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enquiring about or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or enrol in any programme.

3. Service Description

Legora provides educational and organisational support for individuals and families in Thailand who wish to understand, organise, and record estate-related information. Our programmes are:

• Estate Inventory Toolkit — a practical toolkit and guided session for creating a personal estate inventory and records index
• Understanding the Process Workshop — a plain-language educational workshop on how inheritance matters are generally handled in Thailand
• Family Wishes Conversation Programme — a facilitated series of sessions to help families discuss wishes and share record locations

Programmes are available subject to scheduling and availability. Legora reserves the right to modify programme content, format, or delivery method with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this website or participating in any programme, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or enrolment
• Use programme materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from Legora and all participants
• Not reproduce or distribute Legora's Content without express written permission

You agree not to use this website or its content for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in Legora's programmes — including templates, session materials, written guides, and the website design — is the intellectual property of Legora or its licensors.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own personal estate organisation purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt the materials for any other purpose.

The Legora name and wordmark may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Payment & Refunds

Fees: Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to programme commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment methods: Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.

Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled programme start: full refund
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the programme start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the programme start: no refund, unless Legora is unable to deliver the programme as scheduled
• Where Legora cancels or postpones a programme, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered

7. Programme-Specific Terms

Enrolment: Participation in a programme begins upon confirmation of payment and session scheduling. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable.

Educational scope: All Legora programmes are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. We recommend that participants seek qualified specialists for any regulated steps relating to their individual circumstances.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance where possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

Confidentiality in group settings: Participants in group sessions are asked to respect the privacy of other participants by not sharing personal details shared during sessions outside of the programme.

8. Disclaimers

Legora's programmes and website content are provided for general educational and organisational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal, financial, tax, medical, or any other form of professional advice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented in our programmes reflects general processes in Thailand, but we do not represent that this information is complete, current, or applicable to any individual situation.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Legora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in any programme.

Our total liability in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that specific programme.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legora and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our programmes or website content.

11. Termination

Legora reserves the right to decline or end a programme enrolment if a participant's conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, any refund will be determined at Legora's reasonable discretion.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to seek a prompt and amicable resolution.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legora regarding use of this website and enrolment in programmes.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or programmes after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
